Wheels Of Chance takes you on a 6,000 mile trip with a few young filmmakers on their first feature length documentary.
Wheels Of Chance will show you how bicycles have changed the lives of many people and places from Milwaukee to Portland. ***The film is currently in pre-production and will be released for screening in 2012. Once released, it will be free to colleges, libraries and individuals to screen.
